Last week, we asked our photo community to venture out past sunset and photograph the night sky. We wanted to see light paintings, office building fluorescents illuminating blackened city streets and portraits taken in low light settings.
Our guest host was New York-based street artist Humza Deas, a 17-year-old photographer who shoots primarily in the dark.

“It was inspiring to see so many amazing images from each artist,” Deas said. “I’ve learned from Instagram not to follow one specific trend, but to embrace all of the different styles.”
